However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will do our best to help you.Additionally, since we have been in this business for 18 years, and looking at our returns/refunds data, we are proud to say that the return rate is down to 1 out of 100 orders we send out.This is also due to the fact that couriers in certain countries do not handle watches properly. So whenever something happens that is beyond our control.

 

We can solve your problem by:
1.Replacement problems: cases of manufacturing defects and transport damage;
2.RETURNS AND REFUNDS: If you don't like our watches;

 

Replacement policy (manufacturing defects and shipping damage):

 

We offer a 10-day replacement warranty on all our products for any manufacturing defects. Our business thrives on our excellent reputation. We know how important it is for every customer to be satisfied with their purchase every time they visit our online shop.Therefore, we perform a final quality check before dispatch. In addition, we offer a lifetime warranty on all our products. However, if a problem still occurs, if we do not notice any manufacturing defects.Or if damage occurs due to unprofessional handling of the parcel by the shipping agent, we offer a 10-day replacement warranty on all products.

 

Replacement Process:

 

1) The customer must notify us of any damage or manufacturing defects within 10 days of the date of delivery;
2) The return shipping cost will be borne by us, send the watch to us. After receiving the defective watch and checking the cause of damage, we will then send a brand new watch free of charge;
3) Replica Kingdom will attempt to replace the specific product ordered within a maximum of 30 days from the date of delivery. However, if the same product is out of stock/discontinued, the company reserves the right to offer a        replacement;
4) The 10-day replacement warranty is valid only for manufacturing defects and shipping damage;
Not valid in the case of damage caused by: normal wear and tear and customer negligence.

 

Returns and refunds policy (if you don't like our products).
Return Process:

1)Return shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility
2) You have 3 days from the date you receive the item to return it.
3) To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. (The protective film has not been removed and it is 100% brand new)
4) Your item must be delivered to us in the original packaging in which it was shipped by us.
5) For watches with the protective film torn off, we can offer free lifetime repair. However, it is not possible to return the watch for a refund.
6) Your items need to have a receipt or proof of purchase from us.

 

Refund process:

1) Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
2) We will notify you of the refund status immediately after inspecting the item.
3) If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund by returning it the way it was sent or any other payment method you wish to receive.
4) You will receive the amount of the refunded item within 7 working days.
